The Foam Ball Rules are the traditional regulations used at MLD. This style of game uses 6 foam balls.

The Cloth Ball Rules are based off the World Dodgeball Association International regulations. This style of game has 5 cloth balls and a neutral zone.

Both rule sets and ball types are fun and easy to pick-up for new, intermediate and experienced dodgeball players.
