Why They Love Us!
I joined MLD in 2013. Growing up, I loved sport but there something unique about Dodgeball that’s kept me involved for the best part of a decade. MLD’s comps have a fun vibe, are inclusive and cater for everyone, whether you’re athletic or just want to have a laugh with mates. I’ve also represented the Australian Dodgeroos. MLD’s given me that platform to continually improve my skills and enjoy the sport in a social setting. I encourage you to come down and have a game. It’s like the movie, but better in person!
I’ve been involved with Major League Dodgeball as a player, then a national player and now a referee for over five years. Not only have I grown in love with the sport, but I’ve made so many new friends and memories along the way. MLD has been such a welcoming and fun community. I’d recommend anyone to have a free trial game and give it a go. You won't regret it! That’s how I initially got involved with some mates, and I haven’t looked back. I mean, who doesn't want to throw some balls at people...
